I’ve now been to this place twice, and both times the service has been AMAZING! The sushi is so fresh and absolutely top-notch! I’ve also had the shrimp fried rice (and yes, I clearly loved it enough to mention it twice ). And let me tell you about the Arnold Palmer with pink lemonade… DELICIOUS! Great food, great service, and a drink that deserves its own shoutout. I can’t wait to go back! Definitely adding this one to my list of places I’ll be returning to! 👏🏽

Been here several times as I work nearby. The food is fine and I've never had issues until today. Owner, please remove the young guy who was working the to-go and host area on 7/8. He has zero customer service skills. I ordered 3 separate sushi combos to go, which should imply that 3 people are eating the food. My food was packed in 2 clamshells. This wouldn't be an issue, except it was for coworkers who barely know me. The guy gave me my food and when I asked him why it was all packed together, he said, "that's the way you ordered it" and then he walked away as I was asking him if it was all of the food I ordered. I waited for him to return to the host area and asked him to come help me. I again asked him which roll was which and why was it packed all in one container and he again blamed me and said i ordered it that way. Then he told me I could leave a review. So here I am. I had already paid and left a tip on the to-go order, which I will never do again. I don't think it would have killed him to offer to have my food put into 3 clamshells. He was just too lazy or incompetent to do so. Frankly, the food is not good enough to put up with this bs, so I won't be back.

A friend of mine recommended this place for their fried rice and we decided to check it out. I was blown away by the quality of their rice and surprised to find more than just the traditional peas and carrots in the mix. There was well done chicken bits as well as zucchini in there and it really elevated the texture and flavor. I also tried their spring rolls and it was delicious. I’m not sure if they’re frozen and fried or fresh made, but the fact that I can’t tell the difference is already showing the care put into preparing it. It was just the two of us but I would’ve loved to have ordered the sushi, perhaps next time. The wait staff are friendly and professional. But I will say the decor was lacking. Old furniture, dim lighting, and a “concrete warehouse” vibe instead of high quality Japanese restaurant vibe. Not terrible but I noticed it when I sat down.

Tonight my wife and I were excited to finally try this place after seeing so many great reviews on TikTok. We arrived last night, and the environment was nice, lively, and welcoming. The host whose name I unfortunately forgot (but she’s in the picture) seemed bubbly and energetic maybe a little too fast-paced. My wife originally ordered three meals for us and our son, but we quickly changed it to two after our son said he already ate. We told her to remove one meal, and when my wife asked if she had everything correct, she confidently said yes. A few minutes later, she returned to say the kitchen mixed up the order and it would be fixed in about five minutes. At that point, we already suspected the mistake wasn’t the kitchen it was her. After waiting 24 minutes, we received only one meal. It was clear there was still an issue. Instead of admitting the mix-up or apologizing, the host insisted that the order was exactly what we told her, which came off very rude and unprofessional. She eventually got the manager, who was kind, apologetic, and took $4-$5 off the meal. The discount didn’t really matter to me especially since it didn’t make up for the long wait or the experience of
